Job Description:
The role holder within the Environments Governance Group will be responsible for and management of, a small Build Centre Team providing the technical build, deployment and management of code across the Yell I.S. system landscape. This code set currently includes IBM Websphere Message Broker, IBM Websphere Portal and SAP. Ability to support and deploy these code sets in a multi programme agile environment is one of the key challenges for this role. As is Java development and build experience.
Knowledge of IBM Rational Clearcase and BMC Bladelogic is essential for the role, as is a Technical Architecture and Integration background.
Familiarity of build automation tools (e.g. ANT), and Solaris/Red Hat Enterprise Linux to an administration level, SAP component infrastructure as well as a Management are nice to have but not essential. Also, knowledge of ITIL processes and agile techniques are nice to have but not essential.
